About me and why Wellness Design

NICE TO MEET YOU

My name is Carla Paniagua Martins, and I'm the founder and creator of My Wellness Design.

For three decades I worked across technology, design and business intelligence in Latin America, the United States and Europe. In the US, close to construction firms, galleries and museums, I learned how environment, culture and human experience intersect.

Today, as a Fitwel Ambassador and Interior Designer accredited at NYU, I bring these worlds together to shape spaces where people live, work, heal and gather.
